Ingredients

  • 1kg of raw tuna
  • 4 shallots
  • 4 lemons
  • parsley
  • chervil
  • chive
  • aioli
  • 4 tomatoes

Making it

  1. chop the tuna in a CHOPPPER
  2. soak with lemon juice
  3. salt, pepper
  4. mix with shallots and herbs
  5. let rest at least 2 hours
  6. serve with aioli and peeled and cut tomatoes
