- 1kg of raw tuna
- 4 shallots
- 4 lemons
- parsley
- chervil
- chive
- aioli
- 4 tomatoes
- chop the tuna in a CHOPPPER
- soak with lemon juice
- salt, pepper
- mix with shallots and herbs
- let rest at least 2 hours
- serve with aioli and peeled and cut tomatoes
