Ingredients

  • 500g og palm tree heart
  • 2 limes
  • 3tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Making

  1. remove the fibrous outside of the heart if there is one
  2. finely cut the heart
  • at the same time press the limes over it
  • use a stainless knife to prevent oxydation of the heart
  1. put oil on it, add salt and pepper, serve as fresh as possible
