Palm Tree Heart

- 500g og palm tree heart
- 2 limes
- 3tablespoons of olive oil
- salt, pepper
- remove the fibrous outside of the heart if there is one
- finely cut the heart
- at the same time press the limes over it
- use a stainless knife to prevent oxydation of the heart
- put oil on it, add salt and pepper, serve as fresh as possible
