Hopkin Green Frog
A 16 year old boy with Autism passed out fliers notifying people that he lost his stuffed frog. This flier ended up on the Internet, and was duly shopped into parodies involving nearly anything you can think of, like "The Sims", Michael Jackson, Peanuts, and such.
