Shellfish and Mushrooms

- 200g of shellfish flesh
- 400g of mushrooms (the kind you find in woods, whatever)
- 10cl of liquid cream
- 20g of butter
- salt, pepper
- remove the roots of the mushrooms and quickly wash them in water
- heat the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms and let cook on low heat for 10 mins
- add the shellfish and cream
- salt and pepper
- let it cook for an additional 5 minutes
- take small bowl and heat them up if possible
- share the result into said bowls
