Shellfish and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 200g of shellfish flesh
  • 400g of mushrooms (the kind you find in woods, whatever)
  • 10cl of liquid cream
  • 20g of butter
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:

  • remove the roots of the mushrooms and quickly wash them in water
  • heat the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms and let cook on low heat for 10 mins
  • add the shellfish and cream
  • salt and pepper
  • let it cook for an additional 5 minutes
    • take small bowl and heat them up if possible
  • share the result into said bowls
