Attendance: Robert Anderson, Lief Erickson, Radu Coravu, John Pashley, Roger Sheen, Chris Papademetrious, Jarno Elovirta, Mitch

Item 1: Any updates about prior releases?

Status of patch 3.7.3: https://github.com/orgs/dita-ot/projects/32

Release notes are ready to go, Radu has provided feedback and was responsible for most of the fixes.

Expecting to wrap up the patch release later this week.

Item 2: DITA-OT 4.0 Development status and updates

Project board for next release: https://github.com/orgs/dita-ot/projects/29

Jarno has been looking at lwdita stuff, main focus over the last month.

Would like to continue with PDF customization / theming.

Chris: wondering about 2 issues

Item 3: Doc updates and plans

If not covered above...

Item 4: DITA-OT Day 2022

https://www.oxygenxml.com/events/2022/dita-ot_day.html

Robert and Roger will both submit session ideas in the next day or two. Not too many registered yet outside of the core organizers, hoping that goes up as DITA-Europe registration goes up.

Have had several releases without a presentation ... might want to split up talking about those from talking about what's in 4.0 specifically, so we don't mix the messages

4.0 will not have a huge set of features, but the version bump is needed because of backwards compatibility, like java version bump

Need to work on agenda so that Syncro's marketing team can get something out.

One suggestion - would be nice to hear about how OT is used in high-volume environment, how is it done? what more is needed? Jarno would like to more about pain points, slow downs, where are people having trouble... Item 5: Other topics
