Item 1: 1.8 release

1.8.4 uploaded last week. Had several fixes / minor items. Already have one additional item for 1.8.5 (not a new thing).

DITA-OT 2.0

Second milestone build of 2.0 is available today. Contains several things from DITA 1.3 upcoming standard.

Q: when plan to release 2.0? Uncertain, depends a lot on both OASIS, and on available dev time. Ideally, when the standard is approved, we'll be ready to release. Last time around, OASIS took much longer than expected, we had to stop holding the release and put out a new toolkit before the standard was approved; had major releases 1.5, 1.5.1, and finally 1.5.2 came out at about the same time as specification approval.
