Using the combat panel

The combat panel provides information on bounties and other combat related events between two time periods

Use the drop down selector to select a campaign. A campaign consists of a period of time, and optionally a faction you are targetting. You can select some default campaigns (last dock, today, 24h, 7 days, All) or use New Campaign to set up a custom campaign, in which case the campaign dialog appears (see later).

A custom campaign enables the Edit button for you to alter its properties. The grid checkbox allows you to show or hide the events associated with the campaign, shown at the bottom.

Below the drop down selector is the current target status, which updates as target information is read by your ship.

Below that is the status of the campaign:

  • Current Credits
  • Kills (NPC/PVP)
  • Balance made during the campaign (rewards vs costs)
  • Rewards during the campaign
  • Crimes commmited
  • Number of times you died

The final line is present is you have a faction defined:

  • Faction name
  • Number of faction kills
  • Reward from killing this faction

At the bottom is the grid showing combat related events (kills, rewards etc) over the period selected by the campaign.

The campaign dialog, which appears if you make a new campaign or edit an existing one, is shown below:

You can select the name, the faction you are campaign against, and the time period of the campaign.

The panel will sum up bounties, kills etc during the period. If the mission is related to a faction, you will get information on how many of the faction you killed.

In a popped out window, you can set the grid to hide when its selected to be transparent. That way the panel can be moved on top of the ED window and provide a HUD of the combat.
