ED Shipyard integration with EDDiscovery

EDD supports, on the Ships/Loadout panel and the Sysinfo integration with ED Shipyard. Click on the button to send your ship data to ED Shipyard for display and modification.

From 10.4, right click to set the URL for ED Shipyard.
