- Release update
- Addressed RC1 issues, created RC2 tag and Jen has uploaded new Debs; will review/approve that shortly. After that we'll be good for secound round of testing.
- This addresses deletion bug + Tails network hook bug.
- Meltdown test failure: https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop/issues/5040 - Mickael will follow up with testers

- worked on figuring out what was going on with /var/lib/securedrop/store being deleted and then implemented a fix
- i worked on removing the hardcoded USB /dev/sda device name in the export code and tested that the approach im using works OK in qubes, there's a draft PR up on top of my other test suite PR with that
- wrote up some thoughts about restructing securedrop-export's SDExport class so whenever allie and mickael are no longer swamped lets chat

- some minor code reviews and rc2 bits and bobs this morning
- Fixing this nightlies being broken situation, I was sure that the branch I pushed this morning was going to work, but I was wrong so gonna look at that this afternoon.
- Otherwise I was taking a stab at provisioning my workstation on buster templates so I could repro that segfault that mickael was seeing, running into some problems with concurrent.futures not being installed, seems like i'm the only one seeing it so far so i'm gonna try fresh on another qubes ready laptop i have this afternoon. spooky

- Small PR review about Python3 on Tails (merged)
- I could not finish off the updating oqubeslogging based on feedback, will push as a first thing in the morning.
