Yesterday: Qubes workstation setup. Josh has made great progress on getting staging running in Qubes. Mostly docs-based, very manual. Will finish testing, sit down with Josh to talk cleanup/automation.

- Kill2FA rollout, implications for kernel troubleshooting. We can assume it'll be removed in postinst, so should remove 2FA docs, but still offer single user mode instructions in case folks don't have access to their admin password (normal login is via SSH passphrase).
