- v3 review (tailsconfig this time), left comments on dynamic inventory

- Got final UI changes (footer, language menu, index page) to "ready for review"
- Addressed Transfer/Export docs comments and kicked it back to "ready for review"
- Reviewed Ro's upgrade docs PR
