0) Board review

  • We tend to under-estimate Qubes architectural and template changes by about 100%. Still a lot of fragility/unfamiliarity here.
  • Good progress on client but Nick needs more consistent support from other team members to get things over the finish line.
  • Long-lived feature branch pain with tbb
  • Wheel builds are not reproducible - different checksums on each build

2) Agree on must-achieve sprint goals
  • Merge initial client UI and critical path integration pieces in preparation for replacing old proof-of-concept code
  • Potentially via feature branch for client integration
  • Complete switch to custom Debian template VMs/appVMs
  • Finish all must-do work for 0.10.0 (e.g., kernel/Tor update, more testing of previously Tails issues)
