- Getting decryption of messages and files done -- WIP by Josh on messages, I may pick up protection of files. Has dependency on threading issue.

Yesterday: (Thursday) User research session -- fairly non-technical user but no major challenges. Hiring & continued UX outreach (got in INN newsletter, GIJN listserv)
Today: Follow up with first batch of new UX research recruits. Prep for Wednesday's sprint planning -- be like Mickael and nominate critical path tasks :). More hiring throughout the week.

Friday: Spent time looking at securedrop-client. Am working on https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/issues/18 - 60% complete. Have observations about securedrop-sdk, may create issue about it. Opened https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/issues/75 for refreshing messages in the background.
May need some of Nick's help.
Yesterday: (Friday) Finished logic for downloading files in the client. Added a skeleton describing how reply callbacks should work.
Today: Will look at threading issues & decryption of files.

Yesterday: (Friday) Threading issue, have PR out that addresses some of the issues; developing on Qubes -- was getting lots of timeout issues when contacting actual SD instance. Since code was relatively untested discovered several problems. Have PR out but would love to go over it with multiple people.
Today: Not feeling well, maybe some remote conversations. Will be finishing up work on threading issue & message sync

Yesterday: Tested tbb new PR, failing at a few places for for local cotainer based tests. Tried to test the rpm I build last week. Was going through the different steps of the installation/updating vms/dom0.
Today: Will install fresh Qubes on a desktop -- install RPM.

Yesterday: [Monday] lots of GitHub catchup / review / comments. See ticket on threading discussion at #80. Created a PR (#81) to fix scrolling in conversation window and started to address issue #75 (refresh sync on click). Client walkthrough after stand-up.
Today: [Tuesday] Working in London, will continue with #75 and then pick off next item on alpha tagged issues. I won't be at standup due to teaching commitment, but will be at the UX meeting beforehand.
