Heartsucker

Working on GPG wrapper code. How do we want to configure private key / fingerprint used for decrypting things? When one client encrypts a message encrypts to the correct private key so it can be read on multiple messages.

Started reviewing Jen's OSSEC PR, seems good. Opened PR for Ansible bump. Some timeouts when gathering facts -- could use some help from Conor to debug. CI intermittently passing only.
