0) Board review

After sprint period:

2019-01-21: US Holiday (MLK Jr. Day)
2019-01-29: Tail 3.12 Release - but no SecureDrop release
2019-02-05: SecureDrop 0.12.0 QA period begins (EOD PST)

2) Agree on must-achieve sprint goals:
  • Halfway progress towards enabling use of Xenial with SecureDrop 0.12.0
  • Land signals/slots client refactor preparatory to resumption of feature work next sprint
  • Resolve remaining issues with functional testing over Tor and prepare to open PR against develop
