- Tested and could repro the file upload issue, tested timeout and flagged some apache config options that are worth testing, gonna let kevin keep pushing on that
- Filed upstream issue with python-gnupg for what we are hitting

- Meetings AM (onboarding code review, etc)
- We need to make a PR fixing our python-gnupg issues, and then try to get it merged. I'm going to dig around in the codebase and see if I can figure this out
- If we can't get said PR merged/released in time, then we need to fork the project temporarily. It is what it is :sadpanda:

Fixed dual build logic for Trusty/Xenial Ran into Tor 0.3.4/0.3.5 compatibility issues, may need to ship change before we ship update to the Tor package
