Vote for covering some of GSoC reunion expenses

Agenda

Google will cover at most USD 2200 of the travel expenses incurred by two delegates we send to the GSoC reunion. But for Madhura and Atul, the air-tickets combined will cost around USD 2800 (1400 each).

So it is USD 600 short, which I request to be covered by the organization funds.

Also, I assume there will be Visa fees around USD 320 (160 each)

So it will be around USD 920 (600+320) additional to what Google will refund.

Security coordinator and team

Agenda

Michal has stepped down from the security coordinator role (for now). It's time to find a replacement and to discuss about the security team mailing list. Details about the security tasks are on Security Of phpMyAdmin.

Madhura will take over as security coordinator. Interested members of the team will join the security@ mailing list; after some discussion we decided to keep team@ and security@ as two different mailing lists.

Next team meeting

Agenda

Marc asks about the next team meeting; we had previously discussed possibly attending a PHP meeting in Italy. Another highly regarded choice was FOSDEM.

Meeting

Both are still "on the table" but we don't need to vote today about where to go. We'll attempt to restart discussion on the team mailing list, although some dates aren't yet set which makes it difficult to plan.
