Touchpoints Demo Environment

Touchpoints maintains a Demo environment to enable users to try the product and provide feedback to shape Touchpoints into an even better tool to support Customer Experience for federal agencies and their CX staff.

An account at the Login.gov "Integration" environment is required to log into the Touchpoints Demo environment.

The Touchpoints Demo Environment is available at https://touchpoints-demo.app.cloud.gov/index.

⚠️ The environment is only for testing and feedback and is not to be used for Production purposes.

If your agency is interested in implementing Touchpoints, please complete the Touchpoints Onboarding Questions, which aid in identifying a suitable Service and what a specific Touchpoint looks like for that Service. The questions include identifying staff from your federal government agency that will use Touchpoints. Send the completed Touchpoints Onboarding Questions, and the Feedback Analytics team can create Touchpoints accounts for your staff.

Demo Workflow

  1. Login to Touchpoints Demo environment. As a .gov staff user, you will arrive at /admin.
  • Note: This will require a Login.gov Sandbox account.
  1. Create a Form; by copying a template or creating a Form and its Questions from scratch.
  2. Edit the Form (title, instructions, question text).
  3. Continue to edit the Form by adding Form Sections, Questions, and optionally Question Options.
  4. Test the Form by submitting a response.
  5. View the Form Responses (at the bottom of the Forms page)
  6. Provide feedback to the Feedback Analytics team about your experience via GitHub issues, or by emailing feedback-analytics@gsa.gov.
