This document outlines how the Touchpoints PMO remediates flaws in the Touchpoints software.

Goal: Touchpoints PMO Process that ensures flaw remediation is incorporated into the configuration management process.

Flaws include:

  • User reported bugs
  • Security Scan findings (as documented on POA&M's)
  • Bug bounty reports
