Goal

Ensure Touchpoint’s User Accounts are deactivated in a timely manner (within 1 week of receiving the list from CISO).

Background

Touchpoints PMO team receives spreadsheets from CISO with a list of inactivated users.

Steps

Based on the inactive user spreadsheets, the Touchpoints PMO will manually deactivate each user.
