For Agencies seeking to comply with A-11, related to Customer Experience feedback.

  • Agency receives CX guidance/mandate
  • Official guidance is here
  • Agency shares their desired form with us, the Feedback Analytics Team
    • Soon, Agencies can create this in Touchpoints on their own
  • CX CAP Team or somebody needs to approve this
  • Any changes are coordinated with the submitting Agency
  • The test form gets implemented in Touchpoints Demo
  • Official PRA approval is requested to RegSec/OIRA
  • Official PRA approval is received. The information is added to the Form in Touchpoints.
  • The live form gets implemented in Touchpoints
