April 2022 Manager Meeting

Alexander Schulte edited this page May 11, 2022 · 1 revision

On April 27th, we held our monthly Community Manager Meeting – 9 of you joined, representing 9 different communities of practice. We presented Digital.gov updates and talked about goal setting for communities as a six-month follow-up to our discussion on annual planning in August 2021. Email us for the slide deck we used to guide the conversation.

We continued with the theme, “starting with the end in mind,” and followed the prompts we discussed in August:

  • What do you want the community to accomplish in FY22?
  • How will you measure success?
  • How will you achieve it?

As an example, Laurie Chidlow (contractor, Digital.gov) presented the FY22 goals for Digital.gov, the metrics we’re using to measure success, and the status of each metric.

With this in mind, we then had an open discussion on how our communities are doing against the goals they set for FY22, and what we want to accomplish for the remaining months of FY22
