Study refers to clinical trial enrollment and participation.

When should Study be annotated?

  • If the date of another criteria is in relation to study date, annotate Study.
  • Else do not annotate.

Trigger

Phrases such as enrollment, intervention, screening, study, or baseline.

(Note: while "enrollment", "intervention", "study", "screening", and "baseline" are chronologically separate or conceptually differnent in the course of a trial, for the purposes of annotation we'll treat them as the same).

Examples

Example of 'Study' where CD4 count relative to study date.

Example of 'Study' where dates if centrally-active drug use are relative to the study date.

Arguments

  • Duration - An Equality-Comparison representing the duration of the Study or participation in the Study.
  • Temporality - An Equality Comparison referring to date of participation in the Study, or Study start.
