Negation

Negation
indicates that a given event is an exclusion, rather than inclusion criteria.
A phrase such as not, doesn't, or abstain from.
Note: if the word "except" is used, annotate instead as an Exception.
- Negates - One or more Events which are negated.
- Temporality - An optional Eq-Comparison during which the negated event must occur.
