How to fix misalignment with Pencil with Sidecar (Mac to iPad Pro)

The cursor position is misaligned when I use my Apple Pencil 2 with Sidecar using Mirror Displays.
I could fix the issue by going to the Sidecar preferences on my Mac. Uncheck "Show Touch Bar" If this is checked. Pencil 2 will be misaligned if this option is checked. For example, if you choose "on the top" the secondary display (iPad Pro in my case) will be pushed down, and the pencil tip/cursor will be higher.
