Major library restructuring

GeoTools 2 can be considered an entirely different project from Geotools 1 (also known as Geotools-lite) because the changes between the two were so significant.

New library focus on OGC standards

This time around we plan to focus on OGC standards; so you have documentation to read (that is not written by us).

Integration of SEAGIS code for georeferencing and coordinate transformation

We would like to welcome the addition of the SEAGIS project to the GeoTools team.
