GeoTools Budget Request 2020

In keeping with challenges identified in the OSGeo AGM we have the following budget requests on this page.
$2000 operational budget:
- Support build / repo / documentation / website / blog activities
$3000 technical debt activities:
- Replace use of Eclipse Modeling Framework models for common OGC services
- Support migration from JAI to ImageN
We would like to plan GeoTools participation in the Athens code sprint, so far our community has expressed a preference to attend remotely.
We do not for see the need for assistance attending the 2020 AGM. One of our leadership will either be present at the event, or we will appoint a delegate to present on our behalf.
