Map

A map is available as of version 2.4.0.

Display the map

Click on the globe icon in the top bar.

What is shown on the map?

• The location of users and groups, if they specify it in their profile.
• The location of events.

Clicking on the link in the box of a pin will take you to the respective profile.

Notice:

• If the country is specified in the profile, the center of the country is shown as the location.
• If the region is specified in the profile, the main city of the region is shown as the location.

Options

On the map you can:

• search by city, region or country
• zoom in and out (also by Shift+hold mouse key down and move mouse)
• tilt (hold mouse key down and move mouse - or - Shift+arrow up/down)
• rotate (hold mouse key down and move mouse - or - Shift+arrow left/right)
• reset to north
• display it in full screen
• change the map type
• center it on your location (requires your approval)
