Roadmap Proposal: Pull data from Census Reporter

Census Reporter is a robust repository of Census data with an easy-to-use API. Census data is frequently requested by our users to put data in context. The Census Reporter application uses Leaflet, which can be used to easily integrate Census Reporter maps.

It would be very useful to include several pre-defined Census Reporter maps into OpenGrid as predefined layers. Users can toggle various Census maps that would then display as layers on the map. Users can then overlay events those maps to provide additional context.
