Plenario 2.0 Updates

• Create Graph Display Schema (Issue #264) is still in a holding pattern

• Related issue of OpenGrid - Plenario alignment #313

• Import Chicago Data Sets (Issue #340 and Issue #235) are blocked

We are unable to download large data sets -- they appear to be rendering their entirety on the server before being sent. In particular, this is effecting Divvy and Crimes.

• Moving host from Smart Chicago to City of Chicago need to solidify schedule, need availability to discuss in person.

Documentation

• Aiming to improve documentation (based on internal improvements) #326 open port request to Master
• Improve consistency with WindyGrid docs (reducing re-writing)
• Include better instructions for developers/contributors #271
