Agenda

1. Production OpenGrid issues

Last week, UTurn team continued to modify chicago.opengrid.io to update the cache on a weekly basis to avoid errors seen in #171. Seemed to provide a temporary fix.

• Update on the issue? Fix is in Dev and will be tested over the weekend. Hope to deploy in prod early next week

2. Weekly review of work OpenGrid v1.0.2

OpenGrid v1.0.2 is now available at https://github.com/Chicago/opengrid/releases/tag/v1.0.2 which closed the following issues:

• No return result for an Address in the Quick Search Bar - #163 -- was fixed last week.
• Improve JSON Formatting in API Documentation - #160
• UTurn will deploy OpenGrid v1.0.2 with next deployment. (Cache issue deployment above).

Update on AWS AMI Deployment

• In the AWS AMI review process to get an exception (since Plenario requires an email address). This morning, UTurn received an email with some follow-up questions
• Amazon is requesting a press release, so UTurn is working that.
• Amazon is encouraging to launch the day-of or day-prior to the Summit (on April 18th or 19th).

2. CUTGroup Planning

@smarziano will lead the dicussion on the upcoming CUTGroup.

• Email sent to about 1,100 individuals with a target of between 20-40 participants. Individuals will sign-up for a time slot (around 10 computers will be available and participants will be able to bring their own personal device).
• Around 5 people sign-up for any given time slot (about 30 minutes per time slot).
• @smarziano will be sending test questions to the entire group.
• If you plan on participating during the test period, plan on participating in a meeting during the week of April 11 to talk about the test day.
