User Story: Color Blindness

Story: As a user who suffers from color blindness, I want to be able to use the site without concern for color, so I can easily participate with all aspects of the site.

Acceptance Criteria:

• If we have an abundance of color in the site, it must not control or limit how a user interacts with it.
