User Stories: Creating and Accessing User Profile

Story: As a user, I would like to have the ability to create or sign into my account and access my profile, so that I can use the website as new user or as a returning user.

Estimated Size: Medium (Whitney)

Acceptance Criteria: User will have the ability to create a new profile by inputing appropriate required data and have that validated by email so they can then access and update their new profile.

Returning users should be able to sign in with username and password and update/navigate their profile.
