Story: As a User, I want to view the website on a publicly available server, so that I can enjoy poetry and images.

Estimated Size: MO-Large

Acceptance Criteria:

User can navigate to a publicly available URL to view the site homepage.
When the user clicks around the site, they are taken to the expected locations without error.
