Description:

This site by PDG Poetry is poetry viewing web page for a featured poet. The site will allow users to browse and read archived poems, learn about the featured poet, view recent social media feeds pertaining to the poet, and share their favorite poems to social media.

Requirements

All Content

• Must be relevant to a single poets work, selected by the purple-haze group.
• Must be responsive and optimized for all devices.
• Media content must be accessible and follow the WCAG 2 standards.

Text

• Is informative and brief.
• Includes a biography page for featured poet.
• A searchable archive of poems is available to users.
• Will feature 5 popular poems.
• Poems are presented on a separate page, and must include a clear link back to the poetry archive.

Image and Video

• Are compressed and optimized for the web.
• Photos are PNG
• Illustrations/Vector images are GIF
• Site will incorporate an image carousel featuring photos of selected poet.
• Videos are set to a sound off default, and will play automatically.

Social Media:

• Incorporates a twitter feed with tweets about the featured poet.
• Poems will sharing options to social media: facebook, instagram, twitter, and pintrest.
