A couple of useful tools for finding planetary DTM data are the orbital data explorers for Mars and Moon at the PDS Geosciences Node. Select the Map Search tab. Here you will be able to see the overlapping footprints of DEMs and orthoimage layers and download co-located data products. For the Earth, there is the USGS National Map for higher resolution US products, and the USGS Earth Explorer for global data sets.
