Begin by subscribing to the main-mod here.
And the commands package here.
Then enable them in Settings -> Mods

Why another Version (3rd one!) of Carrier Commands? I hope to have created a version that lasts over many updates, without big amounts of maintainance required. To aid this, all commands are actually plugins.
