NickServ:FDROP
FDROP forcefully removes the given account, including all nicknames, channel access and memos attached to it. This command is available to Services Operators with the user:admin privilege.
When dropping and re-registering an account during a netsplit, users on the other side of the split may later be recognized as the new account.
Syntax: FDROP <nickname>
Examples:
/msg NickServ FDROP foo
