ChanServ:UNBAN
The UNBAN command allows you to unban a user or hostmask from a channel. If no nickname or hostmask is specified, you are unbanned.
Syntax: UNBAN <#channel> [nickname|hostmask]
Examples:
/msg ChanServ UNBAN #chat pfish
/msg ChanServ UNBAN #chat *!*@*.ucdavis.edu
