The UNQUIET command allows you to unmute a user or hostmask in a channel. If no nickname or hostmask is specified, you are unquieted.
Affected users will be notified that you did it.
Syntax: UNQUIET <#channel> [nickname|hostmask]
Examples:
/msg ChanServ UNQUIET #chat Diablo-D3
/msg ChanServ UNQUIET #chat *!*@*.trilug.org
