Personal C64 is a emulator for Commodore 64 made by Wolfgang Lorenz and has a Freeware license, the GUI language is English.
The latest version of the emulator on EDC is 2.15-source (x86), released on 1997-05-22, it runs on ** **, you can start this emulator with _\PC64Win\EDK\PC64Win.exe.
This emulator does NOT specificly need BIOS image(s) to start ROM files!
Runs 50% of the C64 games, has sound, supports fastloaders, contains database with 4000 games. Recommended system is a Pentium-100 with 256 KB PB-Cache and a PCI graphics card with hardware scaling and a DirectDraw driver.
