Mega8 is a emulator for Chip-8 made by Ready4Next/Junta and has a Freeware license, the GUI language is English.
The latest version of the emulator on EDC is 1.3.1 (x64), released on 2014-10-10, it runs on Windows XP,Vista,7,8,10, you can start this emulator with Mega8_x86-64.exe.
This emulator does NOT specificly need BIOS image(s) to start ROM files!
Mega8 is a Chip-8, MegaChip8 and SuperChip emulator. It includes the Revival Studios Chip-8 Compilation pack consisting of heaps of programs, games and demos for the Chip-8, SuperChip and MegaChip8.
