Welcome to the VerusCoin wiki!

Wallets

VerusCoin's web site has the latest multi-coin Verus enhanced Agama wallets for Linux, Mac and Windows. The GUI Wallet Guide explains how to install and use the wallet.

Version 0.3.4-beta was released June 10, 2018. We recommend it, the hashing algorithm has been sped up noticeably.

cli

VerusCoin's web site also hosts the latest command line interface or cli tools for Linux, Mac and Windows. The cli uses the same Verus enhanced komodod daemon as the Verus enhanced Agama wallet but little else - no GUI, just two commands and a handful of scripts to make it easier to use them. The Mining and Staking page explains how to install and use the Verus cli.

Agama Github Archives

The VerusCoin community relies on several pieces of open source software to function. The open source code is maintained on github under the VerusCoin organization.

VerusCoin Organization

The VerusCoin organization manages the open source software, pushes, commits and merges code changes, builds updates, and publishes build outputs and assemblies as the wallets and cli bundles hosted on the VerusCoin web site. We are striving for a community support model so please feel free to pitch in and help the community on the discord forums.

The wallet is written in JS but also includes assorted bash scripts and utilities.
