- Roadmap Update: OKR
- Feedback from consortium members requested on the OKR Spreadsheet
- If you like one of the ideas/goals, add a +1
- If there are other things you think the consortium should in the next 16 months, add it in the doc
- If there are aspects of the management plan that you want to comment on, make those comments in the management plan and not the OKR.
- If your time is limited, focus on reviewing the draft Roadmap.
- Dave Ory presented an updated version of the OKR spreadsheet
- The OKRs are meant to be illustrative and can be updated over time.
- There was a discussion about the metric to grow membership. Some noted that this would be an indirect results of other things; interesting to track but not a key metric. For the time being, planning to leave this metric as is and reassess later.
