Verification

  • Updated shadow pricing scatterplots below, which show it is not quite working correctly
  • Started working on OD-pair worker and student flow scatterplots, but spot checking a few origins showed that the results looks bad, so switched to individual tracing of expression values for the trace household
  • As noted in this new table, destination choice has two significant clean-ups, which will change the shadow pricing results. Plan to fix and then re-run and re-generate plots.
  • Now tracking verification progress in this table, which includes the list of code and expression clean-up todos
  • @Ben to continue working through verification/tracing, @Jeff to work on clean-up todos
  • Plan to work through all sub models, clean-up/fix, and then produce aggregate summaries comparing tm1 results to asim

Outreach

  • SFCTA and PSRC have started discussing planning for the Apps conference workshop
  • @Bhargava to get familiar with the setup and run the example
  • Ohio DOT planning to join in summer 2020 for Toledo (to go along with SEMCOG)
  • Oregon DOT / Metro quite interested in joining, possibly this year
  • AMPO Planning & Tools Symposium (Minneapolis, MN – May 7 -9) submission?
  • I'll share some outreach related to linking ActivitySim with matsim for a complete open source cloud-based model system
  • We should update the Governance page with the revised contract management and funding plan
  • @Bill talk with MWCOG and MAG
