on a personal level: enjoying working on Shogun. Small things are important here: e.g. a buzzing IRC

How to "implement" this?

while at NumFOCUS summit people talked about setting out regular pipline and progression, this is quite orthogonal to Shogun's current culture. So has to somehow happen organically. But important for everyone to have on their radar.
