Performing analysis in an interactive way, one image at a time while clicking lots of buttons, is one thing - but applying similar analysis in a reproducible or high-throughput manner across a large set of images is quite another.
This section describes two of the features of QuPath that can help with this: workflows and scripts.
Furthermore, while learning to script within QuPath generally starts out with the goal of speeding up analysis and ensuring its reproducibility, it quickly becomes much more powerful than that. The ability to script QuPath unlocks a huge range of new features and possibilities.
These docs are for QuPath ≤ v0.1.2.
