Included a try: block around the servo execution

Cronitor integration and streamlined architecture

Removal of python 'schedule' as it was buggy and re-introduced a cron schedule for reliability. Integrated cronitor.io to monitor feeding schedule and send notifications for failures.

Basic Twitter integration added

Fixed a couple of bugs, added a configuration file and thanks for the super easy to use Twython library, there is now (basic) Twitter integration when food is dispensed.

First functioning release!

OK, so it's not as elegant as I had hoped but it functions as intended sans a few features I'll look to add later. Uses schedule to run the servo at designated loads at a configurable 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM. Also added a manual feed file to trigger the servo out of band when my dog eats the cat food.

Created the readme, that's about it.
