  1. Follow installation instructions: https://github.com/Neurosim-lab/NetPyNE-UI/wiki

  2. Clone netpyne_workspace: git clone -b v0.5 https://github.com/Neurosim-lab/netpyne_workspace.git

  3. Launch NetPyNE-UI from netpyne_workspace folder

  4. Follow the step-by-step instructions in these 3 videos:

  • Detailed-cell network video tutorial (coming soon)

  • Multiscale (with RxD and LFP) 3-layer network video tutorial (coming soon)

Note: The NetPyNE UI CNS'18 Tutorial slides also include step-by-step instructions for the above 3 tutorials, although they are based on the previous GUI version (v0.4).
