This file exists only as a historic reference. Documentation for syntastic checkers is now included in the manual, please see :help syntastic-checkers in Vim.

TSLint is a lint checker for TypeScript. See the project's page for details. You probably need a plugin to set filetypes for TypeScript files, such as typescript-vim.
